Data, Security and Your Rights

Account Data

We store your name, email, phone and deposit history for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years after closure for legal compliance. You can request a copy of your data anytime through Settings > Privacy.

Withdrawal Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity by matching your account details to your deposit payment method. This protects against fraud and ensures payouts go to the right person.

Cookie and Device Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your game preferences, and detect unusual account access. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.

Dispute Process

If you dispute a transaction or believe a charge is wrong, contact support with your transaction ID within 30 days. We investigate and respond within 14 days with a decision.

Account Closure

You can close your account anytime through Settings > Account. Any remaining balance is returned to your deposit method within 24 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Policy Updates

We notify you of material changes to these terms via email or in-app alert 30 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the changes.

No. One account per person. If we find duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, email or phone number, we'll close all but one and may forfeit any remaining balance. This rule exists to prevent fraud and bonus abuse.

We keep your name, email, transaction history and deposit/withdrawal records for 3 years after closure to meet legal and tax requirements. Personal data like your phone is deleted after 12 months unless you request otherwise.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after verification and return to whichever payment method you used to deposit—DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer. Most arrive in under 5 minutes; some bank transfers may take until the next business day.

If your deposit fails or goes to the wrong account, contact support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate within 48 hours. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Never send funds directly; always use our lobby chip row.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If someone accesses your account without permission and you didn't share your login, report it immediately and we'll investigate. We may refund losses if negligence is not proven on your part.

Eligibility depends on local law. In most Indonesia regions, you must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you register. If we find you're underage, we'll close your account and return any balance to the deposit method used.
